2. Statement of Facts:
Tell me about your case. Describe your case in your words starting with the date the event occurred. A timeline is very helpful.

3. Liability:
Describe why you believe you are not at fault. Tell me who you believe is at fault and why, separately.

4. Damages:
Describe the nature and extent of any damages you are aware. Are the damages supported by any documents? If so, please describe them. Are any of the damages not supported by documents? If so, please describe those damages. For example, the cost of vehicle property repairs or estimates; surgical procedures performed or recommended; medical bills incurred to date, future medical bills; loss of earnings, loss of future earnings; emotional distress; permanent injuries and disability; loss of a loved one, general damages; punitive damages; the amount due, product due or services the other party claims you owe on the contract; defects claimed; all other economic damages.

5. Defenses: Describe the conduct of the Plaintiff that will bar or reduce the amount Plaintiff is claiming from you.

6. Evidence: Witness Statements & Admissions:

7. Additional Evidence:
Evidence at trial is what witnesses testify to, the writings (documents, emails, photos, video) that are admitted into evidence and any physical objects that are admitted into evidence. Are there any contracts, documents, emails, letters, photos, videos or objects which support your defense? If so, identify them, scan and attach as a PDF file.

8. Settlement Talks:
